Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive Business & PMO Analyst to join the team. This role blends business analysis and PMO disciplines – supporting governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and driving transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Business analysis (data focused) and requirements gathering
* Transformation and operational improvement initiatives
* PMO governance and reporting
* Project coordination and delivery support
* Stakeholder workshops and client engagement
* Programme tracking, RAID management and reporting
Qualifications
* Experience within BA, PMO and/or project delivery environments
* Highly organised and detail‑oriented
* Strong analytical mindset and enjoys finding the meaning behind the numbers
* Confident communication with stakeholders
* Thrives in fast‑paced environments
* Can manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused
