Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning

Helping manage classroom behaviour and routines
*
Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities
*
Encouraging positive learning attitudes and emotional wellbeing
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (in a school, nursery or similar setting)
*
A positive and proactive attitude
*
Good communication and teamwork skills
*
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) is beneficial but not essential
