We’re partnering with a fast-growing premium sprots and wellness brand to hire a Social & Brand Manager, a pivotal role focused on building a distinctive, credible brand and engaged community.
This role is ideal for someone creative, strategic, and culturally aware, who understands how to turn content into community and attention into brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Brand Strategy
* Develop and execute a social strategy that builds a distinctive and trusted brand voice
* Position the brand as a credible, engaging presence within the performance and wellness space
* Align social activity with broader brand and commercial objectives
Audience Growth & Community Building
* Drive significant growth across core platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn (with TikTok on the roadmap)
* Build and nurture an engaged community aligned with the brand’s values
* Foster meaningful interaction beyond vanity metrics
Creative Development & Execution
* Lead content ideation and develop high-quality, insight-driven creative concepts
* Collaborate closely with founders to bring ideas to life
* Brief and guide shoots, ensuring strong and consistent creative direction
* Support fast-turnaround content creation, including hands-on video editing where needed
* Oversee day-to-day social output and content calendar
* Develop content that extends across brand touchpoints, including podcast and long-form formats
* Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
Performance & Optimisation
* Track engagement, growth, and content performance metrics
* Continuously refine strategy based on insights and learnings
* Balance creative intuition with data-driven decision making
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience building and growing social channels for premium, founder-led, or lifestyle brands
* Strong creative instincts and understanding of what drives performance on Instagram and LinkedIn
* Experience developing content concepts and collaborating with senior stakeholders or founders
* Comfortable with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut or Premiere Pro)
* Strategic mindset with the ability to connect content to brand-building outcomes
* Strong understanding of audience psychology and storytelling
