The Role
* Manage and direct Supply Chain Partners and self‑delivery teams delivering key activities.
* Ensure that all information required to carry out works is available and clear via dashboards.
* Deliver daily briefings and communicate clearly to operational teams.
* Complete daily record sheets and associated documents.
* Complete daily site visits for auditing.
* Ensure that works are completed to the required standard and within required timescales.
About You
* Highway maintenance and construction experience to include setting out, paving, kerb installation and realignment, edging installation, bituminous materials, drainage and signs.
* Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to liaise effectively with peers, client representatives and members of the public.
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
* Demonstrable awareness of environmental aspects and impacts and waste management.
