What You'll Be Doing
* Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end
* Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations
* Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality
* Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence
* Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients
* Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supply partners
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Project Management role within delivering small or extra works
* Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
* Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes
* Commercially aware and detail-focused
* Professional, customer-focused, and a clear communicator
* Comfortable using MS Project
Qualifications
* CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent)
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
