Bracknell, RG121HL 32 hours per week Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 15:30 £12.21 per hour Must be flexible to cover additional hours when required by the business Job Description Sodexo are seeking a friendly, reliable and proactive Front of House Café & Hospitality Assistant in Bracknell, RG121HL, to support the smooth daily running of our café and hospitality services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is confident working as part of a team. The role is varied and hands-on, requiring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to business needs. Main Responsibilities Operate the café/restaurant till accurately and efficiently Serve hot and cold food and beverages from the café deli counter Support the team during busy service periods Replenish chillers, confectionery displays and general café supplies Carry out weekly stock checks and report ordering requirements Liaise with the Head Chef regarding stock levels Prepare and set up meeting room hospitality trolleys, including beverages and food Deliver and collect hospitality orders across the site Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised café environment Provide excellent customer service at all times Clear and clean café/restaurant tables promptly and efficiently Clean and restock office vending machines and bean-to-cup coffee machines Requirements Excellent communication skills with colleagues and management Strong customer-facing skills with a professional and friendly manner PC literate (confident using basic computer systems) Reliable, punctual and hardworking Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to support the business when required Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential No barista experience required – full training can be provided
