The MSP Development Manager role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive MSP partner development strategies across Northern Europe that maximize opportunities and generate sales activities. They will focus on building, nurturing, and scaling MSP partner relationships while working cohesively with their team partners to provide our channel partners with the tools and information for them to be successful.
Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and execute MSP partner development strategies for Northern Europe, with a focus on driving revenue growth through existing partners and strategic partner expansion.
* Recognise, recruit, and onboard new MSP partners across Northern European markets to expand Vasion's reach into target territories.
* Build and support strong, long-lasting partner relationships by regularly meeting with partners, conducting webinars, and working with Account Executives and System Engineers to understand the product and needs of our MSP partners and their customers.
* Maintain frequent and regular contact with MSP partners at both Sr. Management level and the individual partner rep level across Northern Europe to keep top-of-mind awareness.
* Promote and effectively implement MSP-specific promotions/initiatives that drive deal registrations, demos, and end-customer trials throughout the region.
* Collaborate closely with the finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide partner feedback to improve our product offering and customer experience for Northern European markets.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM systems to forecast opportunities, generate quotes, and maintain customer records and data across the Northern European territory.
* Ensure MSP partner success by evaluating, providing, and supporting appropriate partner technical and product training and certification programs.
* Manage contractual agreements with MSP partners across Northern Europe, ensuring compliance with Vasion's requirements and local regulatory considerations.
* Travel regularly throughout Northern Europe to meet with partners in person, present to sales teams, attend partner events, meet individually with partner reps, and perform in-person lunch-and-learn events.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Northern European regional trends regarding buying habits, technology, competitors, compliance and governance drivers, and regional market evolution.
* Develop market-specific strategies that account for cultural, regulatory, and business differences across Northern European countries.
* Directly manage and follow enterprise-level opportunities through to completion, working closely with MSP partners and internal teams to ensure successful deal closure and implementation.
Requirements
* 6+ years of professional MSP partner development or channel sales experience in Enterprise Software and/or Print Management Technology Solutions.
* Experience working specifically with Managed Service Providers in Northern European markets.
* 20-30% Travel required across Northern Europe based on territory coverage needs.
* Fluency in English required; additional Northern European languages preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven track record of MSP partner development and management in Northern European markets.
* Understanding of Northern European business cultures, regulations, and market dynamics.
* Exceptional problem-solving and consultative skills with cross-cultural competency.
* Experience selling software or technology solutions in Tech or SaaS related industries within European markets.
* Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth in international markets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers across diverse cultures.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment across time zones.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes in European markets.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences in multicultural settings.
* Ability to work independently and manage a partner development pipeline effectively across multiple countries.
* Working knowledge of sales software, tools, and processes with international capabilities.
* Extraordinary attention to detail, analytic, and deductive reasoning skills.
