As our Operational Health & Safety Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving a safe, compliant, and risk aware environment across our Operational Site Maintenance and Estates Assurance projects. You will: • Partner with Operational teams to identify, assess, and manage reported hazards. • Support Project teams in evaluating Health & Safety risks and putting effective mitigation plans into action. • Monitor, analyse, and report on Health & Safety risks across our estate. • Work closely with Estates Management and Legal teams to understand and manage Site Provider related risks. • Produce sharp, insight led performance reports, including trend analysis. • Provide expert Health & Safety guidance to our maintenance suppliers, ensuring strong governance and issue resolution. • Deliver clear, accurate reporting on performance, risks, and mitigation activity. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do • Support Operational Project teams to assess and categorise reported site hazards • Escalate emerging risks and issues to the Head of HSQE & the Head of Operations • Providing a level of governance across the Centralised Estate Risk Register • Support the Operations teams and the maintenance contractor to triage and prioritise health and safety hazards reported. • Support the Access Management Team on safety related issues and advice • Support the Operational project teams to identify and correctly categorise health and safety risks • Consult with the Estates Management team on Site Provider health and safety risks and issues • Support the HSQE Incident Manager investigation process ________________________________________ What You’ll Bring • Good general all round Regulatory knowledge of the mobile infrastructure industry • Experience in conducting risk assessments • Experience in conducting health and safety audits and inspection • Preferred NEBOSH Certificate in construction (or general as a minimum). • 3 years working in an operational role in telecoms or construction environments • IOSH registered member • Experienced in working in a Safety Support role ________________________________________ Why Join Us?.
