Responsibilities

* Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
* Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
* Proven experience in medication administration and monitoring.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Compassionate approach to patient care with a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply.
