About the role

Kickstart Your Career in IT with Plymouth Community Homes!

Are you passionate about technology and love solving problems? Join us as an IT Service Desk Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting the systems and tech that keep Plymouth Community Homes connected and running smoothly.

You’ll learn how to:

* Be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues with everything from troubleshooting to tech upgrades.

* Work with cutting-edge digital tools, including MS365, cloud systems, and voice-over-IP technology.

* Configure and fix laptops, mobiles, and networks.

* Get involved in real projects that make a difference improving systems, spotting trends, and helping to drive smarter digital ways of working.

With great mentoring, on-the-job learning, and a supportive team, this is your chance to build the skills and confidence for a successful career in IT.

The apprenticeship will last a period of 16 months and the successful candidate will work towards achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Information Communications Technician-Support
