Job Description:
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant - Technical to join our Slough and Langley team for 37 hours a week on a permanent basis. This role is term time only, working 37 weeks of the year. Expected start date: Wednesday, 3rd September 2025.
You will support IT or Travel & Tourism students to access the curriculum fully, helping them achieve their learning goals and potential.
Working under the supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and Lecturers, you will assist with teaching, learning activities, and support students with their educational, physical, or emotional needs, including working with classes, individuals, and small groups, and collaborating with pastoral staff.
