About the Role
You will specialize in a revolutionary form of Life insurance called LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, which you can collect without having to die. We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers to offer a diverse portfolio of products you can be proud of presenting to your clients.
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our unique platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions rather than lead hunting.
* Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, present and explain life insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
* Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to individual and group audiences, highlighting product benefits and addressing client concerns.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing support and regular follow-ups.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
* Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
* Compliance: Adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
* Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (we assist with licensing).
Pay and Compensation
100% commission-based, with incentives and no caps. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly. Residuals are paid on client policy anniversaries.
