As a member of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you'll organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning tasks do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be essential when interacting with colleagues and customers.
As a Clean Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
1. Cleaning and preparing various areas within our club
2. Caring for our customers
3. Taking pride in your work
4. Following cleaning processes to ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe
5. Using equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
6. Performing a variety of tasks, including gym, changing room, shower, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
Working on a flexible, ad-hoc basis means your hours will vary according to the needs of the business and your availability.
