We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of sales management—from identifying business opportunities to leading a team with confidence and purpose. You’ll work closely with our experienced sales managers to gain hands-on experience, build leadership skills, and develop a deep understanding of our sales processes, strategies, and client relationships.
This program is designed to prepare you for a future management position within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shadow and assist senior sales managers in overseeing the sales process and team operations
* Learn and apply sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for our clients
* Participate in face-to-face and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen client engagement and build brand awareness
* Assist in managing, motivating, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
* Attend client meetings and negotiations to gain practical, real-world experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
* Track and report on team performance and key sales metrics
