Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
2. Product Management experience with a proven ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
3. Experience managing full product lifecycle and driving measurable business outcomes.
4. Experience shipping user-facing features in consumer or enterprise products.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
6. Solid knowledge of LLM advancements in the industry and enthusiasm for applying them to real-world scenarios.
7. Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI/ML concepts.
8. Hands-on experience building prototypes using LLM coding tools (Cursor, Lovable, GitHub Copilot).
9. Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to compliance, security, and scalability.
10. Passion for inclusive design and accessibility.
Responsibilities
11. Define and execute product vision for Copilot-powered and agentic AI experiences across M365
12. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and UX designers to ship features leveraging LLMs and generative AI.
13. Build prototypes using Cursor, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, and other LLM coding tools to validate ideas quickly.
14. Analyze customer behavior, define success metrics, and guide data-driven product decisions.
15. Drive inclusive design and accessibility in every feature.
16. Navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
17. Partner on go-to-market strategies for new AI-driven features.
18. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
19. Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks to guide investment decisions.
20. Communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
