4. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
5. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Collaborate with the retail team to identify and address sourcing needs.
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement activities.
The Successful Applicant
9. Experience working with Far East suppliers, including knowledge of production lead times, shipping methods, and import procedures.
10. Familiarity with critical path management tools and techniques.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (e.g., PLM systems, ERP platforms).
