Protocol Education seeks a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) at a large specialist school within a respected trust in Shropshire.
You will assist teaching staff in SEN classes to deliver tailored educational and behavioural support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop vital skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with Severe Learning Disabilities in accessing the curriculum and social development
* Assist with behaviour management and personalised learning strategies
* Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations in SEN classes
* Liaise with teachers, families, and external professionals
Who we’re looking for:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (experienced unqualified candidates considered)
* Experience working with pupils with Severe Learning Disabilities or similar needs
* Patient, reliable, with strong communication and organisational skills
* Reliable transport for commuting to Shropshire
