Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients at the reception desk.
Respond to and support online and telephone appointment and patient enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage prescription requests and process medication queries in line with practice protocol.
Accurately record and update patient records, including new patient registrations and changes of address with knowledge of the practice boundary.
Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service through effective organisation and teamwork across the three sites.
Electronically retrieve and file medical records and documents with accuracy.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain patient and practice confidentiality in line with practice policies and GDPR.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C in 3 subjects.
