Requirements
Must have:
- Proven leadership skills, ability to drive change in the organisation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong professional relationships - Highly motivated self-starter who requires minimal supervision - Demonstrable experience of implementing effective change in an organisation - Experience of managing risks and implementing risk management - Experience of implementing or managing Quality Management Systems and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, 45001 and Implementation and operation of Operational Excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen - Experience of working in complex product development environments
Responsibilities:
- Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence - Analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements - Delivery of internal training on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence where required - Research best business practices within and outside the organisation to establish benchmark data - Collect and analyse process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost - Determine how Information Technology enhancements can support business process improvement - Facilitate the sharing of best practice across the Seaeye organisation - Drive the short and long term Strategy alignment with Business Unit Under Water (Sweden) and Saab UK Operational Country Unit - Support Strategy development, rollout, follow up on execution and act appropriately to feedback received internally within Seaeye - Develop, track and report KPIs to support the delivery of the organisations Strategic Business Plan and Operational delivery performance - Have oversight of the key Strategic Initiatives including monitoring, reporting progress against plan and facilitating successful delivery
