What you'll do
* Install, calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines.
* Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on-site support.
* Manage your own schedule, plan site visits, and document all work accurately.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency.
What you'll need
* Background in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering.
* Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
* Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
* Self-motivated and well-organised approach to work.
