Production Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Elmswell, Mid Suffolk
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Thursday | 6:00am - 5:00pm
Please note: This role involves working with meat.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of production tasks under supervisor guidance
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Prepare product recipes and handle raw meat in line with strict hygiene procedures
* Monitor production lines to maintain quality and consistency
* Accurately assemble and package finished goods
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Requirements
* Previous experience in production or manufacturing is beneficial (training provided)
* Comfortable working in chilled environments
* Willing to handle raw meat and follow recipe preparation procedures
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
* A reliable team player with good communication skills
* Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
