About Fangyal
Fangyal is a growing luxury lash supply and education brand based in Barking. We provide high-quality lash products and training for lash artists across the UK and beyond. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business as it continues to grow.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — from packaging customer orders and managing stock to helping with email marketing, customer service, and content creation. You'll be working closely with the founder to support both the operational and creative sides of Fangyal.
Responsibilities:
* Package and prepare customer and collection orders efficiently and with care
* Manage and restock inventory in the studio
* Handle customer inquiries via email and social media
* Assist with email marketing (writing and scheduling newsletters)
* Support social media content creation (e.g. product photos, packaging videos, BTS content)
* General administrative and business support as needed
Requirements:
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Strong written communication skills
* Confident using email, social media, and basic online tools (Shopify, Canva, Gmail, Instagram, etc.)
* Interest in beauty, lashes, or creative business is a plus
* Must be able to travel to the studio in Barking (IG11)
Hours & Training:
* 8–12 hours per week to start, with flexibility to increase as the business grows
* Paid 1-week training period before starting the regular schedule
* Potential for the role to develop into a full-time or senior position as Fangyal expands
