Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-end interior fit-outs for bars, restaurants, hotels, or leisure venues? We're looking for someone who can bring design-led spaces to life-on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards.
Joining a specialist interiors contractor with a reputation for outstanding hospitality and leisure environments, you'll take the lead on projects across the UK, from flagship restaurants and boutique hotels to stylish bar refurbishments and commercial kitchens. This is a hands-on role managing multiple fit-out sites simultaneously, driving quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Overseeing multiple interior fit-out projects across the hospitality sector: restaurants, bars, hotels, and leisure venues
2. Running day-to-day site operations, directing site managers and subcontractors across nationwide locations
3. Acting as the client's key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle-from pre-start meetings to final handover
4. Managing programme timelines, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring delivery to the highest standard
