Demand Generation Lead
Must be London based (remote working)
Propel are currently partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS business in the hospitality sector. The company is scaling fast and looking for a Head of Demand Generation to take global ownership of pipeline generation and help drive their journey to 100m in revenue.
The role
This is a pivotal hire that will shape how demand generation operates worldwide. Youll be responsible for:
* Driving predictable pipeline growth across multiple regions
* Standardising processes and improving lead management so the team can scale effectively
* Partnering closely with sales, SDR, and commercial teams to deliver against revenue goals
* Leading and mentoring a distributed team across the UK, France, Spain and beyond
* Building modern demand generation strategies that combine digital, content, community, and events
* Bringing operational rigour to reporting and forecasting, ensuring marketing is seen as a revenue engine
What were looking for
* Strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally mid-market to enterprise
* A track record of delivering pipeline growth and improving conversion at scale
* Leadership experience youve managed small teams (23+) and are ready to step into a bigger global remit
* Someone passionate about modern demand generation, from experimenting with new AI-driven approaches to moving away from outdated MQL models
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, revenue, and marketing peers
