Responsibilities
* As Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of conveyancers, assistants, and support staff across four offices in West Yorkshire. You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE, previously held a senior leadership role, ideally as Head of Conveyancing.
* Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing, with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* High level of commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to business development.
