Our Customer Service department is at the heart of our business operations and takes care of our customer enquiries. This is an apprenticeship position where you will commit to completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. Your dedicated coach will support you through a blended learning approach that will include remote, in-person and group learning. You will need to a have passion for helping people and will learn how to service our customers which will include handling customer contact from a range of channels and resolving any queries that are raised. Each week you will be assigned time to study and work on your qualification. We will offer you a permanent job straight away and have plenty of opportunities for you to develop upon completion of your apprenticeship. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Answer customer queries through various channels promptly to enhance the customer service experience Patiently listen to customers to address their concerns Accurately record and logs interaction with customers and updates account information Work with management to maintain best practices for effective communication with customers Maintain knowledge of updated company processes and policies Meet regularly with team leader to give feedback to help improve customer service, response time and the staff experience Willing to learn to apply company policy and process to customer solutions Support the company’s ‘one team’ culture The Spark we're Looking For Analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and provide effective resolutions Ability to empathise with customers and handle difficult situations with patience and understanding Clear, confident, and professional in speaking with customers, with the ability to convey information effectively Working within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture Meticulous and thorough in capturing and recording customer information Most importantly, we want you to love coming to work and are committed to supporting you learn and develop your career. We will provide full training in a range of formats to suit different learning styles, as well as personalised plans designed specifically around your personal career goals.
