In this unique partnership role between Elmbridge and Reigate & Banstead, you won’t just manage data—you’ll be managing the complete address lifecycle as an address management officer.
Every new home and business needs a place (address) in the world, and you’ll be the person who makes it official. From naming the next landmark development to maintaining a Gold Standard Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG), your work ensures our community stays connected. You will be the vital bridge between developers, Royal Mail, and the VOA, transforming complex statutory requirements into real world addresses.
We’re looking for someone to uphold our reputation for data excellence and ensure our boroughs remain at the forefront of national standards. Salary Range: £33,055 to £36,896

Responsibilities
Address lifecycle management and related data governance as part of the joint Elmbridge and Reigate & Banstead GIS team. Serve as the bridge between developers, Royal Mail, and the VOA to transform statutory requirements into accurate, authoritative addresses. Maintain a Gold Standard LLPG and support in ensuring national standards are upheld across both councils.
