What we look for: You support in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. You create and manage engaging content and campaigns for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and support with community management, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing across online and offline channels. You analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies. You are an expert in AI-driven marketing and tools, leveraging automation, analytics, and generative AI to elevate content creation, targeting, and campaign performance. You coordinate marketing efforts with other departments and external partners, including support on budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. You support the production, planning, and execution of content in various formats, including whitepapers, webinars, podcasts, case studies, blog articles, and email marketing. You support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews. You conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies, particularly in a B2B context. You build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies to boost brand awareness and enhance the company’s image and reputation. What we require: You hold a university degree with excellent results in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related field. You bring 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing and PR, content marketing or a related field, ideally in a consultancy environment, with demonstrated exposure to B2B marketing. You have a creative mindset with the ability to plan, organize, and produce engaging and original content across various formats (whitepapers, webinars, podcasts, events, etc.). You have an analytical skillset to interpret social media and PR metrics and translate them into actionable strategies. You have experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics) and are skilled in using AI-driven marketing tools and workflows. Photography and video skills are a plus. You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility, and a passion for your work. You are fluent in English.
