Working Hours: Full time available - nights - 36 hour contract, including every other weekend, shift times are 20:00 - 08:00.

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Rotherlea. You will join a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, delivering the highest standard of care that we would expect for our own family members. You will use the latest care technology to spend more quality time with the service users.
As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, and you should have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, family, and friends, keeping healthcare professionals informed, and updating your Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress. As a team player, you can follow guidelines and policies easily and will need good writing skills to document care plans.
