Admin Clerk Location: Coventry Hours: Full-time – 8 hours per day (start time between 8:00am–9:00am) Salary: 12.21 We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll & Timesheet Administrator to support the management of agency staff hours and payroll processes using the Venneu system. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and verify daily and weekly agency hours within the Venneu portal Monitor and process pending timesheets in a timely manner Identify and correct discrepancies relating to shift times, breaks, and pay rates Respond to and resolve pay queries (e.g. missing hours, incorrect rates) Liaise with agencies and the Neuven helpdesk to resolve payment issues Process payroll adjustments as required Produce and maintain external hours spreadsheets for agencies not using Venneu Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using online systems and Microsoft Excel Good communication skills Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, resolving queries, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
