We have an excellent opportunity in our Operations Team for an Operations Supervisor. Purpose of the Role The Operations Supervisor is part of a wider Operations Team, whose role is to recruit, train and motivate the Picking, Packing, Goods In, Pre-Shelving and Put-away and Perpetual Inventory teams. To plan, prioritise and deliver planned and reactive production requirements whilst complying to processes and achieving high standards of work. To Supervise the operational areas every day and instil high standards of conduct and behaviour within the teams, in accordance with the Rapid Values.
