Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (full time in the office)

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
8. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and profitability.
9. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on coverage options.
10. Collaborate with other departments to secure the best terms and conditions for clients.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
12. Deliver excellent aftercare, supporting customers beyond their initial enquiry.
13. Process quotes, update systems, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
14. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service within an office environment.
15. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
16. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
