Overview
The Maintenance Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the national maintenance function across the Algeco UK hire fleet. This role works collaboratively with customers, sales teams, Maintenance Planners, and Technicians to ensure effective coordination and delivery of maintenance services.
Reporting directly to the Installation Director, the role ensures full compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. A key focus is to manage and resolve incoming maintenance requests efficiently, while also driving continuous improvement by working with regional teams to identify and eliminate avoidable maintenance issues through improved processes and ways of working.
Responsibilities
