We’renow recruiting a CCTV Operator for a full-time, permanent role.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Whatyou’lldo
* Monitor real-time CCTV and support partners such as the Police, NCA and DWP
* Direct officers via radio and help secure evidence
* Identify,recordand report suspicious activity
* Operate cameras and equipment to capture high-quality evidential footage
* Write reports andwitnessstatements
* Attend court whenrequired
* Liaise confidently with internal and external investigatory agencies
* Run the Traffic Enforcement and Community Safety Control Rooms efficiently
What you need
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent report-writing and attention to detail
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Strong customer service skills
* Flexibility to work 24/7 shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
