Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a broad range of building surveying duties, including:
* Contract Administration
* Technical Due Diligence
* Dilapidations
* Building Pathology
* General commercial building surveying duties aligned with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Degree in Building Surveying & MRICS accreditation
* Strong and accurate report writing skills
* Experience working within a proactive commercial environment
* Sound understanding of commercial building contracts
* Commercially astute with a strong technical skillset
* Confident adopting and leveraging technology
* High level of up-to-date technical building knowledge
