Main duties of the job
* Have customer‑facing experience and the ability to deal with a high volume of phone calls.
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Possess good IT skills.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Have the ability to be proactive and resourceful.
* Have a professional attitude, with commitment and patience.
* Be a good team player and flexible to cover additional rota absences.
* Have use of a carto to be able to work across the Otley and Bramhope surgeries.

We are a large, training practice with approx. 19,000 patients, covering Otley, Bramhope and surrounding areas.
