This role is based in the UK and involves providing support to healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards, regulations, and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support healthcare operations across the south, partnering with Business Unit Directors and Site General Management.
2. Implement and maintain HSEQ management systems and initiatives.
3. Provide technical support and advice on quality standards and regulatory guidance.
4. Manage training in line with ISO standards and healthcare licensing requirements.
5. Ensure GMP and GDP compliance, and maintain WDA and MIA licenses.
6. Collaborate with operational teams to identify failures, analyze root causes, and support remedial actions.
7. Conduct audits, reviews, and facilitate inspections and Gemba walks.
8. Drive healthcare quality strategies and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Responsible Person operating on a WDA license, preferably in healthcare or third-party logistics.
* Knowledge of good distribution and manufacturing practices, ISO standards, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
* Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to train others.
* Proficiency in MS Office, report analysis, and SharePoint.
* Desirable: GMP facility experience, managing pharmaceutical quality systems, or lead auditor certification.
Additional Details:
* Salary up to £55,000 per annum.
