Primary Teaching Assistant – Part time, Permanent – Farnborough

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning both inside and outside the classroom. Your role will be vital in helping all pupils achieve their potential, providing targeted support and encouragement.
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Salary: £13.75 an hour
To be considered for this role you must obtain an enhanced child only DBS and provide two contact references.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting individual and small groups of pupils
* Assisting with classroom activities and resources
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
* Working as part of a committed team to promote pupil welfare and progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with primary children (KS1 – KS2)
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
* Basic knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles (training provided if needed)
