Commercial Property Solicitor – Lead the Commercial Property Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our well‑respected Commercial Property team based in North Staffordshire. The role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor with a minimum of 3–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) who can head up and grow the Commercial Property Department while working alongside our extensive residential property team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied commercial property caseload, delivering high‑quality legal work.
* Serve as a significant fee earner and confidently handle high volume and complex work.
* Network and partner with individual businesses, commercial estate agents, and business organisations to secure commercial property work.
* Build a reputation and high‑level profile through networking and partnership work.
* Use case‑management software and digital dictation; work with online portals and participate in digital marketing campaigns to promote the team.
* Maintain case‑load competence in line with internal compliance procedures.
* Travel for meetings and court purposes, using own transport and travelling to our meeting rooms in Cheshire and Stafford as required.
* Assist directors in the promotion of the firm and the Commercial Property practice.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years PQE as a commercial property solicitor.
* Experience with complex commercial property transactions.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
* Proficiency with digital tools, case‑management systems, and marketing initiatives.
Compensation
Salary based on experience starting from £50,000 (experience dependent). The pay range is £50,000.00 per year.
