The Role
* Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Deal with transfers of equity and remortgages
* Deliver excellent client care throughout the transaction process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced property team
* Focus on fee earning and client service rather than management or leadership responsibilities
* New build experience is welcomed but not required
You
* Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive and organised approach to file management
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced conveyancing fee earner considered
* New build experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential
