Customer Service Administrator (Full Time) – Camberley, Surrey (GU15)
We are looking for a friendly, professional and courteous individual to join our busy Head Office team as a Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will provide first‑class customer service to parents using our childcare services and offer administrative support across KOOSA Kids departments.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for telephone and online bookings and queries for breakfast, after‑school & holiday clubs, providing high quality, professional customer service.
* Manage club absences on internal booking system and escalate any issues to the Customer Service Manager.
* Administer Permanent Placement Agreements for breakfast & after school clubs.
* Process payment administration, allocate payments on KOOSA Kids Online Database and chase outstanding payments.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Team (maintaining staff database, supporting employee referencing, scanning and filing).
* General administration support for all KOOSA Kids departments (Customer Service/HR/Recruitment/Operations/Finance/Marketing).
* General office support: reporting, photocopying, scanning, filing and shredding.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1–2 years office‑based customer service and administration experience.
* Telephone‑based customer service experience is an advantage (full training provided).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or willingness to learn.
* Enthusiastic team player with excellent telephone manner.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and flexible approach to tasks.
* Reliable, friendly and professional at all times.
* People‑oriented with fantastic communication skills and pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to be cleared for an enhanced DBS check.
Hours & Location
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Fully office‑based at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey (GU15 3YX).
