Work as a Community Clinical Lead Nurse for a complex care provider, supporting clients to live independently at home and within their wider communities. This community role will be covering the Cheshire region, and we are looking for an RGN or RSCN, with experience working with adults and children with complex packages.
As Community Clinical Lead Nurse, you will cover adult and paediatric packages across the Cheshire region, working out in the community, and working from home.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus mileage.
The hours are flexible, we are looking for an RGN / RSCN who is flexible to work between the hours of 9am – 7pm depending on the needs of the business / time of visits.
To apply for this role, you will have excellent clinical skills including tracheostomy management, stoma care, ventilator, peg feeds and catheterisation.
We are looking for a Nurse who has worked with complex care patients including brain injury and spinal injury.
Responsibilities include;
• Overseeing care for both children and adults with complex clinical needs
• Supporting live-in care and complex community care services
• Provide hands-on training and competency assessments for staff in clinical interventions (e.g., PEG, tracheostomy, ventilator care)
• Ensure care plans are risk-assessed, and tailored to individual needs

Valid NMC pin and current practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK – RGN or RSCN
Confident working with adults and children in a clinical capacity
Experience managing clients who are ventilated via tracheostomy
Community nursing experience (desirable, but not essential).
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and manage your workload.
