Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics & Account Executive based in Whyteleafe, Surrey with a solid knowledge of logistics, import and export systems and an interest in Media Procurement to join their client services team.
The rate of pay is £30,000 to £32,000 per year
This is a full time role, working fixed shifts. The hours of work are
- 9am to 5.30pm
Your Time at Work
In this role you will support the Account Managers in an administrative capacity.
The position involves managing delivery logistics, selecting transportation methods, handling shipping documentation, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams about order status and issues.
It also includes maintaining relations with suppliers and delivery teams to ensure efficient shipment tracking and compliance with policies.
- Managing consignments
- Managing a very busy email in box
- Raising commercial invoices
- Tracking goods in transit
- Supporting order processing ensuring SLA agreements are met
- Preparing monthly reports
