Blackpool Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) for an initial period of 8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established, integrated health and social care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred services to older adults experiencing mental health difficulties and their carers.
