Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £22.98 - £28.99 per hour Responsibilities: Secure temporary and PRS (Private Rented Sector) housing to meet homelessness duties. Negotiate with landlords and agents to acquire and renew leases. Ensure all properties meet quality and compliance standards. Conduct inspections and manage handovers and handbacks. Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants, landlords, and agents. Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong IT and organisational skills Knowledge of housing law and procurement practices Ability to manage workloads independently Customer-focused mindset UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
