Wenzel’s is looking for a dedicated Shop Supervisor to lead our team of frontline staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food production.

Pay & Hours
Hourly rate of £12.71. Working week is 25 hours over three days, Monday to Sunday. We offer flexible working hours where possible.
Job Role
As a Shop Supervisor you will work alongside our team, preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes and other food items to company standards while delivering excellent customer service. You will be trained to Wenzel’s Company standards and eligible for future progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
* Receive and check daily deliveries.
* Assist with branch stock and produce management.
* Maintain shop displays.
* Maintain knowledge of products and specifications.
* Prepare food in line with specifications.
* Ensure food quality control and hygiene.
* Work efficiently within a team.
* Handle cash and operate the till.
* Open or close the shop when required.
* Run shifts at various times during the week.
* Drive sales and minimise wastage.
* Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service is required.
* Food‑production experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
