Job Opportunity: Security and Reception Role at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
This is a unique opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two shifts are the same. The role involves working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining security at the service, including verifying entry permissions, checking IDs, and preventing restricted items from entering.
* Liaising with wards, coordinating vehicle bookings, visits, and leaves.
* Carrying out reception duties for the Learning Disability Forensic Service, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries.
Essential criteria:
* Basic IT skills, good literacy, and numeracy.
Desirable criteria:
* RSA 2 Typing or equivalent.
* NVQ2 in Business Administration or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience in a person-facing role and in a secure setting.
* General office/clerical experience.
* Experience within a health service setting.
