By the time you start, you should have a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a tech-related subject. Responsibilities: In our Software Engineering Graduate Programme, you will help build and deliver smart tech solutions—from custom apps to full-scale platforms. You’ll use your coding skills to design and develop applications, playing a key role in spotting and fixing security risks to keep our systems safe from cyber threats. You will undergo core and program-specific training to prepare you for your first client role, including exposure to technology platforms and essential developer tools. You will also work on real challenges for actual clients, with support from experienced teams, to gain confidence and knowledge on the job.
