This great hotel on the coastline with a fantastic restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team. The role involves assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen brigade, creating high-standard dishes for guests, and managing various kitchen operations. The restaurant offers a variety of fresh, locally sourced dishes, thanks to strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen. Main duties include acting as deputy to the Head Chef, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting with stock management, quality checks, responding to business needs, managing rotas, and developing the team.
