Social Worker, Mental Health social care team, Sutton This role will be a duty Mental Health Social Worker, who will be on duty 5 days per week (M - F). The Social Worker should be experienced in managing complex Adults Mental Health cases. Ideally they should have experience working with multi disciplinary professionals, S117, attending ward rounds, working with Housing and brokerage, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals, carrying out Safeguarding Enquiries and duty work. The Social worker should be a driver with their own transport to travel around the borough and out of borough when needed. The Social worker will need to be experienced working under pressurised environment and prioritising workloads given the fast pace of duty work. The Social Workers should be proactive with managing the complex case loads. £32 per hour There is plenty of hybrid working available Please get in touch for more information.
